Great Danes are typically big dogs. But Clair Stoneman did not expect that her pooch named Freddy would grow much bigger than expected. Clair said that when Freddy was still a puppy, she never imagined that the pooch would outgrow her.

But as the days passed by and the dog grew older, Freddy was thrice as big as Clair. With this development, Clair got surprised, but her love for the pooch never changed. Clair said that even though Freddy is a big pooch, the dog shows tendencies of a puppy.

For one, the dog loves to cuddle and play. However, since Freddy is bulky, Clair could not keep up with what the pooch wants. This often frustrates the pooch, but Clair makes it a point to let the dog understand that he is no longer a puppy.

According to Clair, the dog is lovable as well as loyal. She did not ask for more on the dog because, for her, Freddy is the dog every dog owner would like to have. At times, though, Freddy also shows his ugly side. For one, the dog would often meet untoward accidents due to his size. Whenever he would run inside the house, some furniture gets broken because he would accidentally run over the same.

But even then, Clair does not show her frustration towards the pooch. For Clair, the dog does not want this to happen. It just happens, and they have to deal with it, Clair said. Now that Freddy has fully outgrown everyone in the household, Clair said they have to understand the pooch even more.

Clair said that they needed at least $123 for the dog’s weekly food. This is a significant amount, but Clair does not mind. Meanwhile, Freddy got recently named as the biggest dog in the world at seven feet and six inches.
