This dog from Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania got trapped under a building as he tried to escape their yard. Winston, according to his mom Sarah Masters, is a very naughty dog. But behind the dog’s misbehavior is a sweet demeanor Sarah could not resist.

However, despite the dog’s sweetness, Winston still gets in too much trouble because of his happy-go-lucky demeanor. Sarah mentioned that the dog normally wears an electric fence collar. This is to ensure that Winston can be retrieved quickly if ever he runs outside the house.

Sarah has another dog, and she did not expect that the dog would chew Winston’s fence collar off. When Sarah came home, she could not believe that Winston did not come running after her. This was strange because the dog usually gets excited whenever his owner goes home.

The owner shrugged it off at first, but when Sarah heard a dog barking, she knew something was wrong. Sarah tried to locate where the bark was coming from, but she is sure that it came from Winston. Sarah finally found where the barking came from, and it was underneath her neighbor’s house.

She saw Winston underneath and tried to pull the dog out. However, the dog seemed hurt by this strategy, so Sarah pushed the dog back down. Sarah believed that the dog got trapped there when Winston tried to run after a groundhog.

When Sarah realized that she could not get the dog all by herself, the owner asked help from the local firefighters. The firefighters arrived at Sarah’s house and began the rescue operation for Winston. Chief Stowe and the other firefighters used a shovel to dig underneath.

The firefighters then lured Winston with his favorite pepperoni treats, which Sarah prepared. The firefighters successfully rescued the dog, and Winston was unharmed.
