Do you ever wonder what your pet dogs do whenever you’re not in the house? Well, curiosity got the better of this owner. He decided to place a hidden camera and go outside for a while to witness what his precious Beagle is up to when he is away. The video revealed his adorable pooch was doing hilarious work.

When the owner is not in the house, the dog likes to do nothing other than eat.

Beagles are a popular breed. They are cheery, faithful, and quite funny, which makes them a great companion. They are about 13-15 inches tall, with a weight of around 20 pounds. These tiny pooches have the right size for most dog lovers.

Beagles’ adorable faces come in great add-ups, too. These adventurous dogs are always imaginative and smart while staying friendly and loyal to their owners. Creative and intelligent are true, as we are about to see in Lucy’s case.

It begins with Lucy looking for a way to get to the top of the table. She walks around and spots a space just right for her. The Beagle jumps and lands on a chair. After a successful move, she stares upward, eyeing her owner’s table. Being the sensible dog that she is, she smells around, allowing her curiosity to guide her until she spots another storage with what appears to be an appliance for preparing food.

Lucy stops and takes a few moments to plan her next move. Is that a device for alarm? She walks ahead to check. With her eyes and nose at the goal, she discovers the culprit and examines like a pro.

But how can she go to that alarm-producing thing? Something inside it smells so good. The smart pooch walks around the kitchen, trying to find a way to get up to the countertop.

Lucy moves the chair with her nose then makes use of her paws to propel. Just with enough space, she placed the chair near the other counter, and when she was satisfied, she climbs upward.

What a brilliant move! She walks ahead across the counter, passes by the sink, and finally makes her way to the oven. The temptation got the best of Lucy so she can’t stop!

She lightly touches the oven door with her paws, and inquisitively looks inside. What is this thing? She gets excited over what looks like a treasure. Gold! They’re gold! Delectable golden bites!

How happy Lucy was upon finding those delicious chicken nuggets. Her supposed first bite falls on the kitchen floor. She jumps down and resumes eating the treat. She deserves every bit of it!

Lucy finished the first piece, but one isn’t satisfying enough. After she devours her first nugget, she hops on to the chair and makes it to the counter once again. Victoriously, she heads to the oven for the second time.

The clip ends with Lucy continuously looking for more of the golden nuggets. We can’t picture Lucy’s owner when he arrives home and finds out the nuggets are nowhere. Look at the camera!

Guess what? Maybe one of these days, Lucy will master how to delete evidence as well!
